A 58-year-old man is facing multiple charges in connection with an alleged online dating scam that saw thousands of dollars worth of property stolen from an Oakville woman.
Police said the 60-year-old Oakville woman met a man at an online dating site in August and had a brief relationship where she allowed him to stay at her home for about a month.
